Here’s a little guide on crystals and how to use them!
How to use your crystals -
crystals have a variety of uses according to their metaphysical properties. I personally feel that you should use your crystals intuitively aka whatever feels good for you!
When you first receive your crystal, you should tune it to your own energy. Cleanse the crystal (using your preferred method) and then hold the crystal near your heart space as you speak your intentions into it. This is how you can program your crystal for better use.
the way you choose to use your crystal after that is based on what your specific intentions are. Some crystals are great for calming, some are great for amplifying, some are great for manifesting, some are great for sparking creativity, some are great for protection - honestly there are so many different uses!
You can place them on your altar, in your purse, wear them as jewelry, create a crystal grid, use them for specific manifestations, decorate your home and more!
how to cleanse + charge your crystals
you should try to cleanse any new crystal upon receiving it into your home/energy sphere. you will also want to cleanse your crystals after heavy use, weekly, or at least MONTHLY based off a full moon cycle.
there are several methods to cleanse but I find these to be the safest as some methods can be harmful to certain crystals.
to cleanse:
• smudging using sage, Palo Santo, pine, lavender or other smoke safe herbs . Simply put the piece through the smoke to cleanse.
• selenite - you can use selenite to cleanse and clear any remaining energies in a crystal.
• full moon energy cleansing bath - place crystals in the full moon light for 6+ hours to cleanse the energy.
to charge -
you can charge using the full moon (this can be done at the same time as cleansing)
you can also charge with specific intentions
you can charge using sound bath methods
you can charge using orgone energy or charging plates

Agate: Agate is a stone of strength and courage; it tones and strengthens the mind & body, grounding and stabilising emotions and physical energy.
